Focaccia Bread
Flat oven-baked Italian yeast bread, topped with olive oil, rosemary, and coarse salt.

- •warm water
- •honey
- •extra virgin olive oil
- •fresh rosemary sprigs
- •coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Mix with flour and olive oil to make a soft dough.
- 2Knead the dough and let it rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- 3Press the dough into a baking pan, create dimples with fingers, and drizzle with olive oil.
- 4Top with fresh rosemary and coarse sea salt. Let rise for 20 minutes.
- 5Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
