Instructions
- 1Melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until it turns into golden caramel. Pour into the bottom of baking ramekins.
- 2Whisk eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
- 3Pour the custard mixture into the caramel-lined ramekins.
- 4Place ramekins in a hot water bath (bain-marie) and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until set.
- 5Cool completely, refrigerate for 4 hours, then invert onto plates to serve.
