  • cucumber diced
  • cherry tomatoes halved
  • radishes sliced
  • toasted pita bread pieces
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • ground sumac

Instructions

  1. 1Chop lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and radishes, placing them in a salad bowl.
  2. 2Break toasted pita bread into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3Whisk olive oil, fresh lemon juice, sumac, and salt to make dressing.
  4. 4Pour sumac dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  5. 5Top with toasted pita bread pieces and serve immediately.
