Escargot au Beurre d'Ail
Snails baked in their shells with a rich garlic, herb, and butter sauce.

Ingredients

- •canned escargot (snails)
- •unsalted butter softened
- •garlic cloves minced
- •fresh parsley chopped
- •shallot minced
- •white wine
Instructions
- 1Mix softened butter, minced garlic, shallot, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2Place one snail in each hole of an escargot dish (or small ramekins).
- 3Top each snail with a generous spoonful of garlic herb butter.
- 4Splash with a few drops of white wine.
- 5Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until butter is bubbling.
