Egg Drop Soup
A warm, comforting soup with wispy beaten eggs in a seasoned chicken broth.

- •eggs beaten
- •cornstarch
- •sesame oil
- •white pepper
- •green onions sliced
Instructions
- 1Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
- 2Stir cornstarch with a splash of water, pour into the broth, and stir until thickened.
- 3Drizzle beaten eggs slowly into the soup while stirring gently in one direction to make egg ribbons.
- 4Turn off heat, add sesame oil and white pepper. Garnish with green onions.
