  • spring roll wrappers
  • glass noodles soaked
  • cabbage shredded
  • carrots julienned
  • garlic
  • soy sauce
  • frying oil

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté garlic, cabbage, carrots, and chopped glass noodles with soy sauce.
  2. 2Roll filling inside spring roll wrappers and seal.
  3. 3Deep fry in hot oil for 4 minutes until golden brown and serve.
