Crispy Spring Rolls
Crispy fried wrapper sheets stuffed with cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms.

- •spring roll wrapper sheets
- •cabbage shredded
- •carrots julienned
- •shiitake mushrooms sliced
- •soy sauce
- •sesame oil
- •cornstarch paste
- •frying oil
Instructions
- 1Sauté cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms in sesame oil and soy sauce until soft.
- 2Place a spoonful of filling on a wrapper sheet, roll tightly, and seal edges with cornstarch paste.
- 3Heat frying oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 4Fry rolls for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain and serve with sweet chili sauce.
