Crispy Spring Rolls

Crispy fried wrapper sheets stuffed with cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • spring roll wrapper sheets
  • cabbage shredded
  • carrots julienned
  • shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • cornstarch paste
  • frying oil

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms in sesame oil and soy sauce until soft.
  2. 2Place a spoonful of filling on a wrapper sheet, roll tightly, and seal edges with cornstarch paste.
  3. 3Heat frying oil to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4Fry rolls for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain and serve with sweet chili sauce.
