Crispy Mandu (Dumplings)
Pan-fried Korean dumplings filled with pork, beef, tofu, and glass noodles.

- •mandu wrappers
- •ground pork
- •tofu squeezed dry
- •glass noodles chopped
- •garlic grated
- •soy sauce
- •vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1Mix ground pork, squeezed tofu, chopped glass noodles, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 2Fold wrappers around filling, crimp edges to seal.
- 3Pan-fry mandu in oil for 3 minutes until bottoms are brown.
- 4Add 3 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for 4 minutes until cooked.
- 5Uncover and fry for 1 minute to crisp again.
