Crispy Mandu (Dumplings)

Pan-fried Korean dumplings filled with pork, beef, tofu, and glass noodles.

Ingredients

Provided

  • mandu wrappers
  • ground pork
  • tofu squeezed dry
  • glass noodles chopped
  • garlic grated
  • soy sauce
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Mix ground pork, squeezed tofu, chopped glass noodles, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2Fold wrappers around filling, crimp edges to seal.
  3. 3Pan-fry mandu in oil for 3 minutes until bottoms are brown.
  4. 4Add 3 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for 4 minutes until cooked.
  5. 5Uncover and fry for 1 minute to crisp again.
