Ingredients

  • dried chickpeas soaked overnight
  • onion
  • garlic
  • coriander powder
  • cumin powder
  • tahini sauce
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1Blend soaked raw chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to a coarse paste.
  2. 2Shape the paste into small round patties.
  3. 3Deep fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until dark brown and crispy.
  4. 4Serve hot with tahini dipping sauce.
