- •coriander powder
- •cumin powder
- •tahini sauce
- •oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Blend soaked raw chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to a coarse paste.
- 2Shape the paste into small round patties.
- 3Deep fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until dark brown and crispy.
- 4Serve hot with tahini dipping sauce.
