Crepes Suzette
Thin crepes served with a hot sauce of caramelized sugar, orange juice, and orange liqueur.

- •unsalted butter
- •orange juice fresh
- •Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)
- •orange zest
Instructions
- 1Melt sugar in a large pan until it turns golden caramel, then stir in butter and orange juice.
- 2Fold crepes into triangles and place inside the simmering orange sauce.
- 3Pour orange liqueur over the crepes and light with a match (flambé) to burn off alcohol.
- 4Garnish with orange zest and serve hot.
