Instructions
- 1Simmer milk, cinnamon stick, and orange peel; let cool slightly and strain.
- 2Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch, then slowly whisk in the warm milk.
- 3Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- 4Pour into clay dishes and chill for 4 hours.
- 5Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a kitchen torch.
