Instructions
- 1Boil rigatoni pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.
- 2Blend fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, garlic, grated Parmesan, and olive oil to make pesto.
- 3Heat heavy cream in a large pan on medium heat, then stir in the fresh pesto until well combined.
- 4Drain pasta and toss directly into the warm creamy pesto sauce.
