  • rigatoni pasta
  • fresh basil leaves
  • pine nuts toasted
  • garlic clove
  • Parmesan cheese
  • heavy cream
  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Boil rigatoni pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.
  2. 2Blend fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, garlic, grated Parmesan, and olive oil to make pesto.
  3. 3Heat heavy cream in a large pan on medium heat, then stir in the fresh pesto until well combined.
  4. 4Drain pasta and toss directly into the warm creamy pesto sauce.
  5. 5Serve hot topped with extra toasted pine nuts and grated Parmesan.
