Instructions
- 1Sauté bacon in a pot until crispy, remove bacon, and cook onion and celery in the fat.
- 2Stir in flour, then whisk in chicken broth and the juice from the canned clams.
- 3Add diced potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
- 4Stir in chopped clams and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes, top with bacon, and serve.
