  • canned chopped clams
  • bacon diced
  • onion
  • celery
  • potatoes diced
  • heavy cream
  • chicken broth
  • flour

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté bacon in a pot until crispy, remove bacon, and cook onion and celery in the fat.
  2. 2Stir in flour, then whisk in chicken broth and the juice from the canned clams.
  3. 3Add diced potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
  4. 4Stir in chopped clams and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes, top with bacon, and serve.
