Classic Scotch Eggs
Hard-boiled eggs wrapped in seasoned sausage meat, coated with breadcrumbs and fried crispy.

- •pork sausage meat
- •eggs beaten
- •all-purpose flour
- •panko breadcrumbs
- •frying oil
Instructions
- 1Divide sausage meat into portions, flatten, and wrap around each peeled hard-boiled egg.
- 2Dredge the sausage-wrapped eggs in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko.
- 3Deep fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) for 5-6 minutes until sausage is cooked through and crispy.
- 4Drain and serve halved.
