Classic Pork Katsu
Crispy breaded pork cutlets coated in crunchy panko, deep-fried until juicy, served with shredded cabbage.

- •thick-cut pork loin chops
- •flour
- •egg beaten
- •panko breadcrumbs
- •frying oil
- •tonkatsu sauce
- •shredded green cabbage
Instructions
- 1Tenderize the pork chops, season with salt and pepper.
- 2Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and press firmly into panko breadcrumbs.
- 3Fry in hot oil (340°F/170°C) for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4Let rest on a wire rack for 3 minutes to keep the crust crispy.
- 5Slice and serve with shredded green cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
