Classic Greek Salad

Crisp cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, and a large slab of creamy feta.

Ingredients

Provided

  • cucumbers sliced
  • ripe tomatoes cut into wedges
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives
  • feta cheese block
  • dried oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl.
  2. 2Gently toss in Kalamata olives.
  3. 3Place a whole block of creamy feta cheese on top of the salad.
  4. 4Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
  5. 5Sprinkle dried oregano and a pinch of salt over the top.
