Classic Greek Salad
Crisp cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, and a large slab of creamy feta.

- •cucumbers sliced
- •ripe tomatoes cut into wedges
- •red onion thinly sliced
- •Kalamata olives
- •feta cheese block
- •dried oregano
- •extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- 1Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl.
- 2Gently toss in Kalamata olives.
- 3Place a whole block of creamy feta cheese on top of the salad.
- 4Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
- 5Sprinkle dried oregano and a pinch of salt over the top.
