Instructions
- 1Slice the buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes into even 1/3-inch thick rounds.
- 2Alternate the tomato and cheese slices on a chilled serving platter to create a uniform layered layout.
- 3Tuck whole, fresh sweet basil leaves between each tomato and mozzarella layer.
