Classic Bibimbap

Ingredients

Provided

  • steamed rice
  • spinach blanched
  • bean sprouts sautéed
  • carrots julienned
  • shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • ground beef bulgogi
  • gochujang paste
  • egg

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, and mushrooms separately in sesame oil.
  2. 2Sauté ground beef with garlic and soy sauce.
  3. 3Place warm rice in a bowl, arrange the vegetables and beef in separate sections on top.
  4. 4Place a fried egg in the center.
  5. 5Serve with a spoonful of gochujang chili paste and sesame oil to mix together before eating.
