- •spinach blanched
- •bean sprouts sautéed
- •carrots julienned
- •shiitake mushrooms sliced
- •ground beef bulgogi
- •gochujang paste
- •egg
Instructions
- 1Sauté spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, and mushrooms separately in sesame oil.
- 2Sauté ground beef with garlic and soy sauce.
- 3Place warm rice in a bowl, arrange the vegetables and beef in separate sections on top.
- 4Place a fried egg in the center.
- 5Serve with a spoonful of gochujang chili paste and sesame oil to mix together before eating.
