Instructions
- 1Bake choux pastry puffs and let cool, then slice in half horizontally.
- 2Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream inside each puff.
- 3Melt dark chocolate, heavy cream, and a dollop of butter in a pan to make sauce.
- 4Arrange the filled profiteroles on a plate, drizzle with hot chocolate sauce, and serve.
