  • dark chocolate
  • heavy cream
  • butter

Instructions

  1. 1Bake choux pastry puffs and let cool, then slice in half horizontally.
  2. 2Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream inside each puff.
  3. 3Melt dark chocolate, heavy cream, and a dollop of butter in a pan to make sauce.
  4. 4Arrange the filled profiteroles on a plate, drizzle with hot chocolate sauce, and serve.
