Instructions
- 1Marinate shrimp with minced chipotle, garlic, olive oil, and lime juice for 10 minutes.
- 2Sauté the shrimp in a screaming hot skillet for 2 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- 3Spread a thin layer of warm refried black beans onto each tostada shell.
- 4Add shredded lettuce, place shrimp on top, and garnish with avocado slices.
- 5Drizzle with Mexican crema and serve with lime wedges.
