Chipotle Shrimp Tostadas

  • wild caught shrimp peeled
  • chipotle chiles in adobo sauce minced
  • garlic cloves minced
  • crispy corn tostada shells
  • refried black beans warmed
  • iceberg lettuce finely shredded
  • avocado sliced
  • Mexican crema

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate shrimp with minced chipotle, garlic, olive oil, and lime juice for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Sauté the shrimp in a screaming hot skillet for 2 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  3. 3Spread a thin layer of warm refried black beans onto each tostada shell.
  4. 4Add shredded lettuce, place shrimp on top, and garnish with avocado slices.
  5. 5Drizzle with Mexican crema and serve with lime wedges.
