- •red bell pepper

- •sherry vinegar
- •stale white bread slice
Instructions
- 1Soak the stale bread in water, squeeze dry.
- 2Roughly chop tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper.
- 3Blend chopped vegetables, garlic, soaked bread, olive oil, and sherry vinegar until smooth.
- 4Pass the soup through a sieve for a silky texture.
- 5Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
