- •Mexican crema

Instructions
- 1Heat the green salsa verde in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add the crispy tortilla chips and toss gently until they are coated and slightly softened (about 2-3 minutes).
- 3Stir in the shredded chicken to warm it through.
- 4Transfer to serving plates and drizzle with Mexican crema.
- 5Top with crumbled cotija cheese, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
