  • crispy corn tortilla chips
  • salsa verde (tomatillo sauce)
  • cooked chicken shredded
  • cotija cheese crumbled
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • Mexican crema
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the green salsa verde in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the crispy tortilla chips and toss gently until they are coated and slightly softened (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. 3Stir in the shredded chicken to warm it through.
  4. 4Transfer to serving plates and drizzle with Mexican crema.
  5. 5Top with crumbled cotija cheese, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
