Chicken Udon Noodles

- •dashi stock

- •kamaboko (fish cake) sliced
- •scallions chopped
Instructions
- 1Bring dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin to a simmer in a pot.
- 2Add sliced chicken and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- 3Add thick udon noodles and sliced fish cake, cooking for 3 minutes.
- 4Ladle hot soup and noodles into large serving bowls.
- 5Garnish with chopped scallions and serve immediately.
