Instructions
- 1Pound chicken cutlets between plastic wrap until 1/4-inch thin.
- 2Dredge in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
- 3Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4Pan-fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, swirling the pan, until golden brown.
- 5Drain and serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.
