Bun Cha (Grilled Pork Noodles)

Ingredients

  • ground pork
  • shallots and garlic minced
  • sugar
  • fish sauce
  • rice vermicelli noodles
  • fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, lettuce)
  • carrots sliced

Instructions

  1. 1Mix pork, shallots, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, and pepper. Shape into flat patties.
  2. 2Grill patties over charcoal or pan-fry until charred and cooked through.
  3. 3Make sauce: mix fish sauce, warm water, lime juice, sugar, and sliced carrots.
  4. 4Serve warm patties in the sauce alongside rice vermicelli and fresh herbs.
