Instructions
- 1Mix pork, shallots, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, and pepper. Shape into flat patties.
- 2Grill patties over charcoal or pan-fry until charred and cooked through.
- 3Make sauce: mix fish sauce, warm water, lime juice, sugar, and sliced carrots.
- 4Serve warm patties in the sauce alongside rice vermicelli and fresh herbs.
