  • milk
  • heavy cream
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1Arrange buttered bread slices in a baking dish, scattering raisins between them.
  2. 2Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. 3Pour the custard over the bread and let soak for 20 minutes.
  4. 4Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until custard is set and top is crispy.
