Bratwurst with Sauerkraut

- •canned sauerkraut
- •beer (German pilsner)
- •onion sliced
- •butter
Instructions
- 1Simmer bratwursts and sliced onions in beer in a pot for 10 minutes.
- 2Remove sausages and grill or pan-fry in butter until browned and crispy.
- 3Simmer sauerkraut in the remaining beer/onion broth for 10 minutes.
- 4Serve sausages hot over the sauerkraut.
