Instructions
- 1Bake chocolate cake layers and brush with Kirschwasser.
- 2Whip heavy cream and sugar to stiff peaks.
- 3Layer cake with whipped cream and sour cherries.
- 4Frost the entire cake with remaining whipped cream.
- 5Decorate generously with chocolate shavings and cherries; serve chilled.
