BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow-roasted pork shoulder shredded and tossed in sweet barbecue sauce, served in a brioche bun.

Ingredients

  • pork shoulder roast
  • BBQ sauce
  • brown sugar
  • paprika and garlic powder
  • apple cider vinegar
  • brioche buns
  • coleslaw

Instructions

  1. 1Rub pork shoulder with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 3-4 hours (or pressure cook for 90 minutes) until tender.
  3. 3Shred the cooked pork using two forks.
  4. 4Toss shredded pork with BBQ sauce and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
  5. 5Heap onto toasted brioche buns and top with coleslaw.
