BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow-roasted pork shoulder shredded and tossed in sweet barbecue sauce, served in a brioche bun.

- •paprika and garlic powder
- •apple cider vinegar
- •brioche buns
- •coleslaw
Instructions
- 1Rub pork shoulder with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 3-4 hours (or pressure cook for 90 minutes) until tender.
- 3Shred the cooked pork using two forks.
- 4Toss shredded pork with BBQ sauce and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
- 5Heap onto toasted brioche buns and top with coleslaw.
