  • pork sausages (bangers)
  • potatoes peeled and mashed
  • onions sliced
  • beef broth
  • butter
  • flour

Instructions

  1. 1Cook pork sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. 2Prepare smooth mashed potatoes with butter and milk.
  3. 3Sauté sliced onions in the sausage pan until caramelized, stir in flour and beef broth to simmer into a rich gravy.
  4. 4Place sausages over a bed of hot mashed potatoes.
  5. 5Ladle the rich onion gravy generously over the top.
