- •ketchup
- •brown sugar
- •yellow mustard
- •Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- 1Mix ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- 2Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- 3Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make a glaze. Spread over the meatloaf.
- 4Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50-60 minutes until cooked through.
