Instructions
- 1Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- 2Melt butter, stir in flour, cook for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in hot milk until thickened.
- 3Remove from heat and stir in cheese until a smooth sauce forms.
- 4Fold in macaroni, transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
