Apple Strudel (Apfelstrudel)

- •raisins soaked in rum
- •cinnamon and brown sugar
- •breadcrumbs toasted in butter
- •melted butter
Instructions
- 1Toss sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and rum-soaked raisins.
- 2Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter.
- 3Sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs over the phyllo sheet.
- 4Spread apple filling along one edge and roll up tightly. Brush with butter.
- 5Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
