Instructions
- 1Mix mashed potatoes, chopped green chilies, cornstarch, cumin, amchur, salt, and fresh cilantro.
- 2Shape the potato mixture into round, flat patties.
- 3Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4Pan-fry the potato patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- 5Serve warm with sweet tamarind chutney.
