Ingredients

  • green chilies chopped
  • cornstarch
  • cumin powder
  • amchur (mango powder)
  • fresh cilantro
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1Mix mashed potatoes, chopped green chilies, cornstarch, cumin, amchur, salt, and fresh cilantro.
  2. 2Shape the potato mixture into round, flat patties.
  3. 3Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Pan-fry the potato patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5Serve warm with sweet tamarind chutney.
